SHIPPING
When you check out, the shipping charges on your order are only an estimate. Shipping costs are based on weight and destination of order and are usually lower than the estimated cost. We prefer to ship USPS Priority Mail envelopes and boxes within the United States. For larger orders, we will ship either USPS or UPS. We will choose the least expensive method of shipment. We can get about 7-8 yards of fabric in a Flat Rate Envelope for $4.80 (Flannel about 4 yards). Anything over that amount, will ship in a Flat Rate Box for $9.80. I will email you when your order is shipped. We are not responsible for orders lost by USPS. If you are concerned, please ask me to add insurance to your order. All orders over $150.00 will automatically have insurance added to them.

International shipping:
1-7 yards will fit in a flat rate envelope for $9.95 to Canada and Mexico. Shipping in a flat rate envelope will be $11.75 to other countries. Anything over 7-8 yards will ship in a flat rate box for $23.95 (Canada and Mexico) and $38.95 (other countries). No tracking on the flat rate envelopes.

RETURNS
Customers are important to us. We want you to be happy with your purchases. Every effort will be made to ship your order in 3 business day and double check it for quality control. However, mistakes do happen. Please email me at bcqcompany@aol.com if you have a problem with your order. You must contact us before we accept any returns. If the error was ours, shipping will be paid by Beaver Creek Quilt Company.

Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned. No returns on cut fabric. Please make your selections carefully. If you are in doubt, you can request a swatch of a fabric for a small fee. Clearance items are not returnable. Sales are final after 14 days. If you decide you need to return an item, any return shipping will be paid by the customer.
