SHIPPING
When you check out, the shipping charges on your order are only an estimate. Shipping costs are based on weight and destination of order. For larger orders, we will ship either USPS or UPS. We will choose the least expensive method of shipment. We ship in USPS Flat Rate envelopes (6 yards or less) and flat rate boxes, Priority, or First Class Mail if possible. I will email you when your order is shipped. We are not responsible for orders lost by USPS. If you are concerned, please ask me to add insurance to your order. All orders over $150.00 will automatically have insurance added to them.
International shipping:
PLEASE NOTE: The USPS will no longer let flat rate envelopes go out that are overstuffed. I can only get 6 yards or less into the flat rate envelopes. Please do not ask to get more than this amount, they will not be allowed to go out or in some cases they are returned to me by the postal system. Thank you for your understanding of this new policy. Please contact me if you have questions.
Flat rate envelopes are $16.95 for all International customers, except Canada and Mexico. The cost to these two countries is $12.95.
Flat rate box (holds about 20 yards of fabric) for $32.95 to Canada and Mexico and $47.95 to other countries. Any order over 20 yards may have additional shipping charges. Please contact us for exact amount.
We will declare the actual value on all custom's forms.
Beaver Creek does not know how much additional cost the taxes, duties and/or additional processing and handling charges will be when you have your order shipped to you internationally. We are not accountable for any of these taxes, duties or charges. They are your responsibility. Also since there is no tracking on Flat Rate Envelopes or First Class Mail, we are not responsible for packages that are lost by the Postal System when shipping internationally.
RETURNS
Customers are important to us. We want you to be happy with your purchases. Every effort will be made to ship your order in 3 business day and double check it for quality control. However, mistakes do happen. Please email me at bcqcompany@aol.com if you have a problem with your order. You must contact us before we accept any returns. If the error was ours, shipping will be paid by Beaver Creek Quilt Company.
Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned. No returns on cut fabric. Please make your selections carefully. If you are in doubt, you can request a swatch of a fabric. Clearance items are not returnable. Sales are final after 14 days. If you decide you need to return an item, any return shipping will be paid by the customer.

ERRORS ON OUR SITE
At Beaver Creek Quilt Company we try hard to maintain an accurate website, however, sometimes errors in pricing, text, or availability do occur. Any errors on our site will be corrected when the are discovered. Beaver Creek reserves the right to revoke any order (even after you have received a confirmation email) and to correct these errors on our website. We have the right to cancel these orders even after the order has been submitted and even after payment has been made. If you have made payment through paypal and your order is cancelled, Beaver Creek will issue a credit to your paypal account in the amount of the charge.
